Bluetooth enable button during a call (grayed out)

Has anyonce had a problem with the bluetooth enable button being grayed out in the dialer when you're on a call? if I take a call and I want to turn my bluetooth on, I have to minimize my dialer screen and go to the settings or use my shortcut toggle button on my homescreen. I don't have the option to enable or disable bluetooth from the dialer....

Any known fixes?

leave it turn on settings all the time. You can do that to the GPS setting too.

Haven't had this issue at all with mine. Are you using a custom dialer?
