Bluetooth Keyboard, cannot select certain things

I got a cheap small Bluetooth keyboard to work with the Droid X

Almost everything works seamlessly...

Except, there are certain things that ENTER will not work on?

Like going to gallery, it will open gallery when ENTER is pressed, but will not open a folder once in Gallery

Same goes for Text Messaging?

It works for typing the letters, the up down left right and many other things all function correctly...

I can even use Fn HOME, PLAY SKIP, PAUSE, VOLUME


It is so frustrating as to why the ENTER will not work on a few things but yet works on almost everything, except a few important functions...

Any suggestions????

Just a thought...spit-balling really...but this BlueTooth keyboard you bought, was it designed specifically for the Droid X and Android? I ask because the Android OS may not handle all keyboard functions the same as a PC...

Again, this is just a best guess response from me since I see no need for an external keyboard when using a 4.3" display on my phone...

No, it wasn't designed for the droid x specifically...

The thing is an icon is highlighted, but pressing enter will not open it?

As I said before this only happens with certain things, such as gallery, or text messaging, but it does however work for most everything else...
