Bluetooth Menu Accidentally Deleted

I accidentally deleted the Bluetooth icon on my home screen. I have no way of accessing my downloaded files. I can mount my :motdroidvert: on my computer and see the files but so far no icon or setting to bring it back. Is there a way to recovered deleted items? Maybe a menu setting I missed to bring it back? Worst case scenario reset the phone to factory settings? Thanks!:greendroid:

long press on a blank space on your home screen. when the "Add to Home screen" menu pops up, click on "Folders", you'll then be presented with a list of folder types to add. One of which will be a "Bluetooth recieved" folder. Add that one.
