Bluetooth Pairing Problem?

just curious to see if anyone else is having problems pairing with other phones, never really tried before the .340 update but as of now im having trouble connecting phone to phone...it pairs up but doesnt connect...

any ideas??

BTW i can pair,connect and use my BT headphones just fine..works flawlessly but i cant seem to connect when its phone to phones...
