Bluetooth stuck, says "Turning On"

Both myself and my wife have the rezound. Hers will hang when she turns her bluetooth on and if you go to the settings it will say "Turning On" forever. A reboot will fix it for about a day and then it will come back. Tried a battery pull but that didnt fix it either. Any ideas, before a factory reset?

Before resetting, I would delete all BlueTooth pairings, then go to Settings-Apps-BlueTooth Share and Clear Data, reboot, then turn on BT and re-pair the device then try again... if that fails, a factory default is probably in order.

Thanks, we had deleted the pairing but didnt know about clearing data under apps. Ill give that a shot. Most of the time though the blutooth wont even turn on.
