Bluetooth Text question

I previously had a Galaxy Note 10 plus, but traded it for a Z-Fold 3 for my wife. I then switched over to her old Note 20 ultra. I had an app that would read my texts out loud when connected to my bluetooth motorcycle headset. The app transferred from Note to Note, but stopped working. The developer told me the newest version of Android was the issue. I have version 13.

Does anyone know of an app that will do this for me? My trips to Google Play, and Samsung app store have been fruitless so far.

I don't have my active Samsung phone with me but there is a setting within the Galaxy wear manager I think it is that gives you the option to have messages read out loud

I installed Galaxy Wearables. It wouldn't even recognize my Sena headset.
