Bluetooth voice dialing issue since ICS update

I have been having issues with voice dialing since the ICS update. On some contacts I get the response "no location found" "add a location now". I looked at the contacts page and can't find an entry for location. It does not happen on all contacts. It worked fine with GB. Any one have any idea what is going on? I don't need voice dialing often but when I do need it it would be nice if it worked.

I'm using a Plantronics Voyeger with a stock Droid Razr.

OK I figured it out. Some of my contacts were entered last name first. Under GB it didn't matter whether I said the the name as entered or not. apparently under ICS it does. I just edited those contacts so they're all in the same format. Problem solved

The odd thing was that if the contact was entered with the last name first and I spoke the first name first the contacts page would still come up when I went to add a location including the photo I had for the contact. The numbers and locations were there too but the phone couldn't find them.
