Bluetooth volume to handset volume??

Has anyone experience the increase in volume if you click off your bluetooth headset during a call to use the handset. I did this today and the volume was uncontrollabe. The lowest volume level was speaker like.

It wasn't until I hungup that it reset itself to a normal level.

I found if you adjust the volume on the headset to center just before disconecting it you can then adjust the handset in call volume properly.
