Bookmarks to SD

]I have the Bookmarks to SD app made by Dolphin Browser. Unfortunately it only backs up my bookmarks from the Dolphin and the Default Browsers. What app do you recommend that I use to backup the Firefox bookmarks?, And also how do I restore my bookmarks that I accidentally cleared hitting the Clear Defaults button

Clear Defaults does not affect bookmarks, unless you mean Clear Data.

Firefox usually stores bookmarks in an SQLite3 database file, places.db, but I couldn't locate this file on my own phone. It also probably stores it in /data/data, so to access it you'll need root access.

I used to have a droid 2 global and I had dolphin browser's bookmarks to SD app. when I went to look into Google Play Store I did not find it so how do I get my exported bookmarks importedt to my new samsung galaxy phone?

That's a question unrelated to the D2G and you'd be better off contacting Dolphin HD developers.
