Bookmarks

I have somehow erased my bookmarks page from the screen. How do I get it back?

Erased from which page? If you are looking for the bookmarks, hit the menu key to get to the bookmarks menu. Not sure if that's what u r asking.

I can find that OK. It's erased from the 7 startup screens. I think I must have dragged all the bookmarks to the the trash bin somehow now the bookmark screen only shows the wallpaper and no shortcuts

If you go to the bookmarks section, then look for the history and most visited tabs. If there are starred items, they should be your bookmarks. Open them and save them as bookmarks.
