OKAY I rooted my phone did all that, and flashed cm9( whiched worked fine) but when i went to recover back to my stock it was a "safe/unsafe" mix and now everytime i try to boot my phone i get this

cannot program

i copied exactly what it says. I cant run RSD beacause i dont have enough battery....
