Boot logo changer wont let me change back

So I was rooted and used boot changer lite to change my droid 2 boot animation. I unrooted and uninstalled the app but the boot animation is still the decepticon symbol. How do I change it back to the droid eye? Dev wont respond to emails.

You'll either need to re-root, re-install the app, and use it to change the animation back to stock, or you'll need to SBF.

Well I think what happened was you were supposed to back up your stock animation but I didn't know that so im thinking my only hope is a factory reset ><.... gah I hate those.

A factory reset won't do it. You'll need to SBF.

No need for an SBF.

To the OP, you have to root again. Download this: bootanimation.zip
Then use root explorer or similar to to place this in data/local/ Then you can unroot.

I had the same prob awhile back, I wiped the file off my sd card and uninstalled that app until then it will drive you mad tring to figure it out
