first off you need to be rooted then the easiest way is to download either of the following apps, rom toolbox or root tools. either one of those apps have options for changing boot logos.
You will need to be rooted, there isn't a "type" of root for your phone, but I recommend being on android Gingerbread. After that, use the market place, and search "boot logo". Also there's a different between a boot logo and a boot animation. If any of this has confused you, check the FAQ in my signature.
About 2 yrs or less ago there was a boot logo changer that would automatically change the boot logo at each boot up from the ones you picked. Thought it was Rum's Boot Logo Changer but was wrong. Anybody recall that app? Thanks.
Dug deeper and it is the one from ROM Toolbox Pro. It only shows logos to choose from and no other tabs to pick random logos at each boot up. Thanks for the reply.
After messing with it again I think it was a diff app that did it.
