boot loop. help please

I installed a bad squidly rom and now my D2 is stuck in a boot loop. The recovery screen does not have a restore point. How or can I fix it?

Can you get into recovery? If so, try doing a full wipe then reflash the rom.

Wiping doesn't help. How do I reflash a rom when I can't boot the phone. (I'm very new to this stuff)
