bootloader and ota question

So I've been on Motorola phones for the last few years and haven't had the option to unlock the bootloader. With that being said do I need to relock the bootloader to take the ota?

No, but you need to have stock recovery, with stock radios and bootloader, and you must be on stock 4.0.4.

Everything but recovery is stock so it looks like I'm flashing stock recovery for a little while
