Bootloop after trying to put on GB

I went to nightlies in the toolbox, and it did its thing.


Now I'm at bootloop.
I'm trying to learn how to sbf, but I have a mac, so this is making it a little more difficult. MY QUESTIONS TO YOU:

1. How to get into clockwork recovery from a bootloop. (I MADE A BACKUP THANK GOD)
2. If I can't do that, how do I sbf with my mac?

Just boot into Clockwork and wipe davlik cache....it's in advanced. Bootloop should be resolved....

Well I sbfed, the problem was that I couldn't go into Clockwork.

So what should I do this time around trying to update to .5?

If upon we're just boot looping it was probably not bricked. Should have tried going into stock recovery and wiping data first then rebooting. Then if that didn't work then sbf.
