Bootloop - Phone tries to boot into recovery, errors, and reboots

My LG E980 is rooted and has twrp 3.0.2.0 as recovery. I did a settings-system-reset and when the phone is rebooted it goes to Teamwin Screen, then runs open recovery script. (see photo of script failures) It then reboots and repeats the loop over and over until I pull the battery. Also when I plug the phone into my windows 10 pc it causes a usb error in device manager. Any help is appreciated.

Welcome to the forum, haven't seen that error when I was into rooting. Try over here at XDA on the forum specific to your phone.
