bootup lag

Should l be concerned about anything if my boot up from a (reset or battery pull) seems to lag? I'm still using stock ICS on VZN Nexus.

What kind of lag are you seeing? Do you mean the lag in the bootup animation? If so, that's normal.

Your cache may be high/full. Try clearing some items (maybe use a Cache clearing app), and rebooting again.
