Bricked phone, cannot do anything

I was loading ICS and got error on the "sideloading" part (i think i needed to be rooted)
anyway cant get past the dual core logo and i can get into ap fastboot mode and have matts 1.6 running but it fails with "specified path cannot be found" my phone is in ap fastboot and connected through usb succesfully... where is my issue with matts utility? or is there another way to restore my phone to .181? thanks

Did you extract ALL of the files from the zip to the root of your C: drive?

If his utility can't pick up the path it needs because the phone is not on like it normally would, you might need to just use RSD lite and the actual fastboot files with it booted into fastboot mode.

actually i have a whole new issue now. White led when plugged in USB (i did the vol down + pwr thing and made no progress) apparently the kernal is ruined and the phone cant charge at all and is on 0 battery. which according to other posts means i have to disassemble the phone and expose the bat charging terminals and splice a usb cord onto there to bypass everything and charge the battery... unless anyone has anything different

i have the same problem with my phone. its like my power button doesnt work what so ever. i have to hold the volume and power keys at the same time to get it to power on, then after that i can get past the motorola screen, then it just wont go any further. occsianly it works but then it wont let me slide it unlocked. and i can turn the screen off using the power key as normal, but then i cant turn it back on. i took it down to our local premire verizon retailer (mybullfrog.com) and they said they didnt know so they will send me another new phone. i have gotten 3 droid razrs in less then a month. i have had more problems with this phone then i have with any of my other phones put together. we pay good good money for this phone, and alot of the time it doesnt do what i am exspecting. (i.e freezes,activation problems and now this) i have had this individual phone for literaly a day and im already having problems. ps its not the maxx.

Then after that go the RSD and fastboot file route.
