I think I bricked my phone.
I installed this
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=25348458#post25348458
but without root ( I installed 2.3.6 T-Mobile with rsd and then the ics archive trought motorecovery)
Now my phone doesn't turn on. I tried to reflash 2.3.6 with rsd and flash.bat with no luck.
I tried to reflash the zip archive but it doesn't work.
Now when I turn on my phone I can see the red motorola logo (the not animated one) and the the screen go black and I can only turn off with power+volumedown and then it reboot itself over and over. Redlogo, screen black, i turn it off and I see again redlogo and screen black.
What I can do? I'm desperated

Sorry for my bad english
I hope you can understand

Man it says it right at the very beginning...

CAUTION: There is NO way back so far!

The guy said at the end as well to make a Nandroid backup before you flash in case something goes wrong. I am not sure there is anything you can currently do to get your phone back to working order. I hope I am wrong but I think for now you are stuck. I was trying to read through that thread to see if anyone else bricked and saw someone post this...

"FYI a nandroid won't do you guys any good, we have a locked bootloader, and ICS requires an update to kernel, radios, & other things that can't be flashed through CWM."

Maybe someone else will read this and have an option for you, sorry man.
