Hello...
Let me preface this by telling you how much I love my phone. Its unfortunate that I discovered this forum because of my situation. But I think I'll like it here.
I'm currently dealing with the boot loader error. You can read about it here.
I have had the phone for under 2 months and I use it mainly for business e-mails and pleasure when I can. Its great for keeping up with everyone and I sort of like having all the ways to communicate with me in my pocket. All e-mails, messages and phone calls including my social networking (which I need at my sales job) plus my Mp3's all right here. Its great.
I baby this thing. I even bought the clam shell ugly plastic carrying case to give it the best protection. So its a real bummer what I'm going through right now. The cool thing is Verizon is sending me a new phone over night and I have to send in my current brick. Please remember I've never dropped it or gotten it wet. The indicators prove this with their unbiased red X's. I've just been asked everytime I tell someone about this problem.
Anyway... I got some good tips yesterday when trying to fix my situation by searching this forum. I appreciate all the people willing to help here. Its a shame none of them could fix my issue, but its a good place to start should something happen and you feel confident enough to try the offered fixes.
