You know when you load a page up and it gets halfway loaded and you start to scroll down to read stuff? Well when the page fully loads for some reason the browser puts you back up to the top of the page. Is there any way to stop it from doing that?

Nope...no way to stop it. Kind of like having MSN as your home page. Loading it up and then typing in the google search bar before the page completely loads. It reverts your typing to its own "Bing" search. Just the way browsers tend to act.
