Browser Emulation Type

A buddy of mine has a G1 and on his browser he has 3 choices to select from for emulation. Im not sure if his version of Android is 1.5 or 1.6 but it appears 2.0 has removed this setting.

hit menu, click more, hit settings, there is an option:

"Mobile Web Settings"

it has 3 options.. Android, iPhone, Desktop.

Trying to view another vBulletin Forum in full view because the admin has made the forums recognize the phones browser and directs you to a mobile version of the forums.

Any suggestions?
