Browser problems - Cubot H2

The browser is driving me crackers, when trying to access links on websites, the browser (a vanilla version of v5.1) keeps comimg up with comments like

android error "please check desktop request from browser menu(required for music player)"

Anyone got any ideas.........PLEASE!!!!!

Well, given it's a lesser-known manufacturer and the OS is customized, it's tough to begin troubleshooting since we have no reference points to start from. I would ask is this a new problem (such as after recent updates for instance), or after installation of some new apps such as a music player or something?
