Bump only transfers resized pics?

hi

when i use bump to transfer full resolution pics taken with the droid x to my friend's droid 2, the transferred pics are resized to 50-70kb only.
whats going on here?

I can't get bump to work at all. Tried 3 different phones, from 2 different carriers. Tried bumping pics & apps both on each one. What gives?

im with you, I put bump on my wife and I's D2G's. every once and a while it will actually work, then it will go 20 times in a row without working again. I am trying to do this in a wi-fi active area, and still it seems completely random as to when it will work and when it won't. I have tried to uninstall, and reinstall, and still no help.
