Hi,

Like the title says : buttons or swipe gestures have a problem with my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra.
In fact, when I choose swipe gestures : nothing works. So I am bound to use the buttons, which I don't prefer.

How to fix this ?

Thank you.

Best regards,

Mario.

Have you tried booting to recovery and clearing the cache partition?

Tried it but problem stays the same
I did find this.

If you're having issues with the buttons or swipe gestures on your Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, you can try these steps:

  • Check for obstructions: Make sure your case or debris isn't blocking the buttons.

  • Restart your phone: Restart your phone or restart it in Safe Mode.

  • Check for updates: Check for software updates.

  • Turn off TalkBack: Turn off your phone's TalkBack feature.

  • Disable gestures: Disable gestures.

  • Adjust navigation bar settings: You can find the navigation bar settings in your device settings.

  • Use the Samsung Members app: You can use the Samsung Members app to diagnose the issue.

If the hardware is causing the issue, you can visit the Samsung Support Centre.

I found the solution via Samsung chat : I only had to select more options in settings and choose gestures from the bottom.

Thanks anyways.
