Buying Apps/Temp PayPal Credit Card Question

I have spent a half hour trying to find a post about using a temporary credit card from PayPal to pay for apps without using your credit card and possibly having it comprised.

There may be alternatives. If so, please let me know what else is available.

just get a walmart credit card with a minimum amount on it for apps and put it in yur google account. i dont know about the paypal credit card.
