.cab file help?

Is there a way to convert a .cab file into an .apk...or a way to install a cab file??

well technically you could just rename it from .cab to .apk, but i'm 99% sure they wont install/ work right

well cabs are for windows mobile, this is android, they wont work on android. you would have to rewrite the app
