Calendar App??

I hope I am in the right room. Here is the problem: When I open my calendar app it goes directly to my agenda(no problem) but when I hit my menu to switch to month view it jumps too.............dramatic pause...........:icon_eekECEMBER 1969!:icon_eek: and not the current month. How do I fix the month view to show the accurate month?

Never used the stock calender app too much, but a great calender app is Pure Grid Calender Widget....

Several others have had this problem, which is believed to come from the date-time settings on the phone rather than the calendar. Apparently there is something about Linux that causes it to default to a date in 1969 anytime there is any kind of a date-time error.

If I remember right the fix is to go to the date & time settings on the phone, uncheck the "automatic -- use network provided values box," and set your date and time manually. Later you can go back to using the network provided values.

Why use that when you can just use "Pure Calendar Widget?"
