I am looking to have all of my appts default to public rather than private. many other people view my calendar and everytime I create an appt they cannot see the details.

As far as I've been able to find there is no way to make this default.:angry: When creating a meeting you can manually change this option each time by clicking the menu button and selecting "Show extra options". Then scroll to the bottom and you will have the Privacy option which you can then change to public.
I know they are erroring on the side of privacy, but I wish there was a way to set your default preference. AT LEAST they could have made the option show up in the default screen without having to show extra options!!
