Calendar issue - bi-weekly repeat?

Is there a calendar app that allows you to repeat an appointment on an every-other-week basis?

I Downloaded Touchdown I'ts Not free but Calendar does everything,sync outlook mail and keep track of tasks,contacts.dancedroid
