Calendar sync problem

I am having a problem with my calendar syncing with my PC. I am not getting an event to show up on my PC Gmail calendar when I create the event on my phone. In settings under calendars, I have the following checked, All Calendars, Google, and PC Sync. When I create an event on my PC, it IS showing up on the phones calendar. Any ideas?
 
when you input an event into your calender on your phone check to make sure it is to your gmail account and not just your phone

Under calendar choices, I have all three checked off, All calendars, Gmail, and PC sync. Should I only have Gmail selected? I assumed if I had them all selected, that it links all of them together.
