Calendar vs. Facebook

searched for this solution - no go. Found a lot of people stating issues on syncing facebook with contacts (or unsyncing). My issue is with my calendar. It's bogged down with all my facebook birthdays. I don't want them in there. I monitor those online. My calendar is for appointments and stuff. How do I get those out of there? I tried the syncing portion in settings and unchecked "autosync" which may or may not have anything to do with it.

Open your calendar app. Hit the menu key and then more. Select Calendars. Turn off the Facebook option.

Thank You! Silly me - I kept going into the settings to look for this. Makes perfect sense that it's under "calendars". (insert sarcasm here. LOL).

Cool, and believe me, it took me awhile to find that, too. You're not alone.

When I do this I only see:

My Calendar
[my name]
PC Sync

All are checked, and it doesn't seem to let me add facebook, which is what i kinda want to do, import bdays into my calendar AND contacts if possible
