Call Audio Quality after Update?

After the update, has anyone noticed any improvement in call audio quality, or does it sound the same? One of the update items was improving audio quality for other people on the line, if I recall.

People whom I am talking to still complain about the quality, but I can't tell if this damn phone just has a really narrow sweet spot.

And yes, I already tried switching the compression thing.

Update fixed echo issue. However, if you got a problem in your microphone, the update does not work for it. If we assume that microphone is ok and need some adjustment, then we need a system tool to adjust microphone sound quality on individually base.

I tested that I have problem in my microphone, which produces muffled and low sound.

I just completed this process and made a few call. They all reported a significant improvement from earlier calls. For novices like me, be aware that it does do some kind of restart at the end and you get a few moments of a motorola symbol before the phone comes back to life.

No one has complained about the echo issue anymore. The only difference is that in my car, the Bluetooth doesn't work as well as it did with my old BB Pearl. I'm just glad the echo is gone, as powercycling was becoming tedious.
