Taking a guess here. It's a network (Verizon) setting, not a phone setting. What comprises two rings anyway? You may have a song as a ringtone, trimmed or full, or one of the many native ringtones on the phone. You can edit a particular contact and have that contact "always" go immediately to voicemail, but I don't believe you can set anything on your phone to have the caller go to voicemail in a shorter or longer period of time than is set by the network. I don't know if customer service can adjust your settings on your service to change the time until the call goes to voicemail.
it is a setting in your actual voice mail box settings. call your voice mail as if you were going to listen to your messages and go into the menu, cant remember where it is but i know its in there as i set it up for a much longer ring time for my grandma.
Try calling Verizon and asking them if they can change it for you.
I just moved from AT&T and I had to call them to enable voicemail call forwarding so I could use a different voicemail provider. There isn't a way to do it on the phone like with the AT&T phones.
Edit: Oops, I didn't see the post about setting it up in the voicemail settings. In my case I would have to contact Verizon because the voicemail is forwarded to my company voicemail.
