Call restriction app

Hi,
I'm looking for an app that silences incoming calls with the exception of one phone number. So if we are out to dinner, I can only allow the babysitter to call. I'd like to be able to change the allowed number as needed, like my husband can call when I'm at work, or the kids can call when I'm in a meeting. Any suggestions?
