Forgive me if this has been brought up and figured out already, but I did a quick search and couldn't find it.
My call volume keeps on resetting itself to about 15%. I've had this constantly happen since I updated to ICS on Tuesday. Every time it has occurred I have gone into my settings and turned it back up to max only to have it turn back down when I received my next call (the incoming call is also low volume). I have received about a dozen calls and only 1 of them hasn't had this happen. I haven't noticed any real trigger for this unfortunately.
The only fix I was able to find on google was to clear cache / force stop the media manager and rebooting the phone - didn't work
P.S. - Another minor issue I'm having is that when I launch my gallery, it takes 5+ seconds for the preview pictures to begin loading and they slowly load one by one.
