Called ID displaying as an incorrect number

Since I switched to Cyanogen ROM's periodically my number displays incorrectly to the person that I am calling. It displays as if I am calling from a Pennsylvania wireless number which does not belong to me. Never noticed this issue before.......:icon_eek:

That was my first thought by just reading the thread title. If it isn't caused by GV I would be dialing *611 right now.
