Caller ID full screen pictures

Hey guys,
I am sure you got the point of this thread from the title. I was wondering if google has done anything or if there was any other work around to having full screen picture on the call screen. I KNOW there is an app called full screen caller id, which is crap btw and makes you pay like 5 bucks for it. There was another free one toobut that one really sucks.

It would be a really good future for this ApeX rom. Any thoughts?

Yeah, I've been searching around for the same. I had the free version of that app for about 5 minutes before I uninstalled. =[
