Caller ID Pictures

Ok if I have a contact linked to Facebook the picture looks decent if I use my own and leave at a decent size it shows up really pixelated. Also is there still no app for full screen caller id ? Any help or comments is greatly appreciated.

The Google contact pics will be a little pixelated because they get cropped to be small. The facebook pics don't get cropped so they look better.

As far as the caller ID app im not sure.
