Caller ID Readout Settings

I do not have a caller ID settings on my Droid Razr M. Everything I am finding says that there should be one. I had one on my Droid Razr Maxx. Any ideas? I would like the caller name to be announced before the ring. Any help would be
appreciated.

Go under Phone>menu key (3 dots)>settings>caller id readout>choose how you would like it to read out
