Caller ID suddenly stopped. Need to Swipe to open.

When a call used to come in, it would show up right on the wake up screen with caller-id. Now all of a sudden when a call comes in it shows the UNLOCK screen. I have to UNLOCK to see the called-id and then swipe AGAIN to answer the call. Anybody know why this happened or how I can fix it to show the call immediately coming in again?
