Camera & Camcorder default features missing

I no longer have the option to take panoramic photos and stitch them together.
Also I noticed that when using the camcorder at night... the option to use the light is no longer an option.
My phone was recently auto updated and this problem may have started after that update.
Any suggestions/ solutions?
