I notice immediate shutter without flash, but 3 second delay with flash. It it even seems to do red eye and give 2 flashes. There is no red eye setting on Samsung s3 but it gives 2 flashes. Can't stop it.this causes shutter delay. You can't take a picture of a child or animal as they will be gone when the shutter trips. We need a fix for this anyone knows how to fix this please PM me.
