Camera/Firmware update

So I just tried to use my camera for the first time since rooting. I have to update the firmware but I'm not sure what to choose.
Phone/cam Fw Ver Check
Phone Fw Check
Phone to CAM Fw Write

What do they mean and which do I choose?

choose the last one...let it download and install and reboot...should be fine

basically useless as far as i know....just firmware version checks and whatnot...it just wants you to click update on something to get the new firmware
