Camera is not autofocusing!? HELP PLZ :)

My camera for some reason is not autofocusing anymore when I take pictures. does anyone know why? The camera is the default moto camera. I tried it via the physical button and the touch button, but the phone is skipping the autofocus. It makes that ding sound when I press halfway via physical button but it just then takes the pic without autofocus. Why??
