Camera keeps resetting itself to widescreen resolution

Since the upgrade to official Gingerbread, every few times I start my camera, the photo resolution is reset to widescreen as opposed to to the 5 MP I set it to. The video camera also changes back to D1 from the VGA I set it to.

Is this happening to anyone else?
