How do I exchange photos from Picasa or Iphoto to my Droid?

You can go to Picasa via the web browser, then hold down on any image to download it into the Gallery. Unfortunately, when I did that, the image quality sucked once it was in the Gallery (looked fine in the browser). Hopefully someone else has a better way.

I would DL them to my PC then transfer them....
