Can I change boot up sound?

I don't plan on rooting... So if root is required... Never mind.

Anyway, I found a really clear sound bite of an F-16 Spooling up. I'd love for that sound to start at the initial splash screen. I haven't found a way to do that with normal settings... Can I?

Haven't found a way to get a sound working with a boot animation yet. There's a ton of information on this page regarding it..
