Can i change the loader?

1 Thing i look at and cant stand, is those 3 buttons on bottom of home screen. I think Sense is much more attractive, IMO

are there apps to change this?

ADW and Launcher Pro from the market should work fine..I think someone on here or another forum who has the X already installed one.
